Spoken English for Tourism (SEFT) Level 1
Level 1 Spoken English for Tourism is designed for candidates who wish to be able to communicate effectively, in spoken English, at a customer liaison level within the hospitality, travel and tourism industry. It is intended for candidates who wish to develop speaking and listening skills in English in order to understand, act on and respond appropriately when required to basic work or business-related information. Successful candidates can progress to achieve the Level 1 English for Tourism qualification by achieving Level 1 Written English for Tourism (WEFT1).
